Cancellation Policy

*Each booking is for a 2-hour session. * We understand creativity takes time, If our schedule allows you are welcome to stay longer. *Food & Beverage Policy You are welcome to bring small bites and drinks to enjoy at your table. Please keep all food and beverages contained to your table. Additional tables and space options are only for PARTY BOOKINGS. *Late Arrivals: We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for their reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your experience or reschedule based on availability. Please call ahead if you anticipate any delay. Thank you for your understanding!” *Cancellations: We ask that you notify us ASAP. This allows us to accommodate other guests and manage our studio schedule efficiently. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Sessions are booked for 2 hours, if more time is needed and space allows you are welcome to stay as long as you like. If your project isn't finished, it will be bagged and sent home with you to return another day paying an additional studio fee. Feel free to bring small bites and drinks, as long as they are contained at your table. Birthday cakes and such are allowed for PARTY RESERVATIONS ONLY.
