Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment Registration is required to reserve a spot. Payment (or required deposit) must be completed at the time of booking. Spots are limited and filled first-come, first-served. Any remaining balances must be paid prior to the first day of camp. Minimum Enrollment Requirement Each camp session must meet a minimum number of registered campers. We reserve the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule a camp week if minimum enrollment is not met. If this occurs, families will be notified and offered the option to transfer to another camp week or receive a full refund. Cancellations & Credits Due to staffing and material preparation, camp fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are given for missed days or no-shows. Schedule Changes We reserve the right to make minor schedule or project adjustments as needed. If a camp must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup option, credit, or refund will be provided. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Camp is drop-off only unless otherwise noted. Please arrive on time for pick-up. Late pick-ups may result in a late fee Behavior Expectations We provide a positive, creative environment for all campers. If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe or consistently disruptive and cannot be resolved with redirection, we may contact a parent for early pick-up. We reserve the right to dismiss a camper if necessary for the safety of the group. Messy Art Notice Campers will be working with paint, clay, and art materials. Please send children in clothes that can get messy. We are not responsible for stained clothing. Photos Photos may be taken during camp for social media and promotional use. Please notify us in writing if you prefer your child not be photographed. Agreement By registering for camp, you acknowledge and agree to all camp policies listed above.
